Well folks, I made it to New York's Tea Party and I'm really happy I did. It started at 2:00pm at City Hall Park in NYC and went till about 3:30. I felt like a 60's radical only I wasn't stoned and dopey. Oh yeah, and I'm employed...for the moment anyway...
There was a great turnout and lots of signs and speakers. Mostly people who are fed up with the direction that our country has taken and are tired of just sitting back and taking it. It was great to see people who are usually quiet come out and voice their opinions. Hopefully, events like this will gain more popularity and the numbers will grow.
Good thing Chuck Schumer didn't come---he and his cronies in the Senate were definitely not crowd favorites and neither was our new President...People are starting to wake up!
Here are some more pics:
Ha ha , how great would it have been if ol’ Chucky Schumer just happened by.

Sounds like you had a good time. I just wish people had done this before. But I guess never say never. Anne
